At Skip's Western Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, apparel, or accessories don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping carton to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
