Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct boot size?
Western boots often fit differently than athletic shoes. We recommend ordering a half-size smaller than your standard sneaker size, or consulting our detailed size guide located on each product page.
What is your return policy for worn items?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of wear on the soles.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Skip's Western Outfitters ships to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
